On the Mobile engineering teams, we focus on delivering the best customer experience for agents using our Support, Sell and Chat apps, which enable agents to support and engage with their customers on the go. What you’ll be doing
We are looking for a proactive person who has experience working multi-functionally, is skilled at taking care of competing priorities and is able to collaborate well with a product and design to achieve the team’s collective goals. You should have a deep understanding of the Android ecosystem and have a number of reference apps in the Play Store. You have a broad view of the latest practices in the Android community and have experience working with concepts like dependency injection, reactive programming, inversion of control, unit & instrumentation testing etc. We value simplicity, clean and well-architected code.
You will be working with like-minded members of our fully flexible team based in Poland, and will get opportunities to connect in person with the team in the Kraków office for team events.
What You Bring To The Role
Good proficiency in Java & Kotlin
Expert working knowledge of Android development
App Architecture e.g. MVP, MVVM, MVI etc.
Experience writing Unit & Instrumentation tests
Experience using Dagger/Koin, RxJava/Coroutines, Retrofit, etc
Experience working in an agile environment (Kanban), participating in team agile ceremonies.
Experience working on other mobile platforms or SDKs
Gradle and GitHub Actions knowledge
Android Jetpack / Architecture components
Open-source contributions or active Github profile
Awesome debugging skills
The Poland annualized base salary range for this position is PLN 226,000.00 - PLN340,000.00. Please note that while the salary range represents the minimum and maximum base salary rate for this position, the actual compensation offered will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives that will be communicated during the offer stage.
