About the opportunity
Our products and teams are rapidly evolving with the introduction of new development processes, continuous delivery practices, moving to PaaS cloud solutions, introducing metrics driven development, automating test processes and this is where we’re looking for a skilled QA Engineer to make an impact.

What we need you to do
Working as a part of the development team to improve quality of our product
Contributing to CI/CD practices that will enable the team to release with confidence
Questioning things all the time, thinking about the customer perspective
Continuously improving our product, processes and tools
You have 2 years of experience in software development or QA and experience in test automation
You have strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
You have an experience in manual and automated testing
You’re hard working and enjoy working independently and as part of a team
You really enjoy learning and can demonstrate how you've learned new technologies to get better results
You are a positive and pro-active person; bringing a can-do attitude to your work, showing genuine enthusiasm for your role within the team
You have good communication skills in English

This is a remote first role, with very occasional travel for our twice-annual team conference. Our office locations are Shrewsbury, UK, Munich, Germany, or Poznan, Poland. We can employ candidates located and with the right to work in one of those countries.
